Shamar Joseph was ecstatic as Litton chopped on to his stumps, relieving the West Indies’ constant burden. Bangladesh was in a terrible situation after Mehidy Hasan Miraz popped one to short-leg. Although Taijul Islam was Jaker Ali’s ideal opponent, Alzarri Joseph outclassed him for 25. Ali was staring at the crease with unwavering determination, but Seales’s blinding catch forced him to back off.
It was unclear how they would go after Mominul Haque and Shahadat Hossain led Bangladesh to safety at the end of the second day. Bangladesh began Day 3 with a 410-run deficit. Only five runs were scored in the opening five overs as the two hitters appeared to be getting their eye in. Shahadat was the third batsman to be removed after edging a delivery low to first slip after surviving for over an hour during the morning session.
At lunch, Haque and Litton Das were still undefeated after a fairly slow Test cricket session. After recording his half-century, Haque left the very next delivery as Jayden Seales came for a new spell and immediately caught him in front of him. Bangladesh were rather cautious when batting in the middle, even though the track had grown unresponsive for the bowlers.
Overall, the West Indies’ bowling strategies were well-planned, and they received the rewards of their diligence. In order to set a significant goal for Bangladesh and have a sufficient probability of achieving it, they would like to conclude as soon as feasible. Due to poor lighting, Day 3 was again cut short.

The West Indies are in a strong position after Day 2, having posted a massive total of 450 runs and then sending the Bangladesh openers back to the pavilion. Bangladesh trails by 410 runs, and their batsmen will need to put up a solid fight to turn the tide on Day 3.
