‘Doubters can rest in peace’- Ajay Jadeja hits back at Virat Kohli’s critics before of Adelaide Test

In the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25, the Indian team dominated the opening Test. India had a poor batting performance in the first innings, but they went on to have a brilliant second innings. Following a solid foundation of massive runs from KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal, star batsman Virat Kohli too reached his century.

It’s important to note that there were a lot of concerns raised about Virat Kohli previous form prior to the series, but a lot of Perth is apparently keeping the naysayers quiet. Ajay Jadeja, a former cricket player for India, took center stage to discuss his performance and the criticism he has received recently. He urged Kohli to improve.

“Those who doubt can rest in peace… Just the name says it all. Doubters can rest in peace if they existed. Ajay Jadeja stated, “Geniuses aren’t born overnight.”

Aakash Chopra decided to return to Virat Kohli instead.

Speaking of Virat Kohli, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, an IPL (Indian Premier League) team, paid an incredible INR 21 crore to get the star batsman prior to the start of the new season. Also, Bengaluru was able to sign a lot of players at the just finished IPL mega auction.

But a lot of people have spoken up about who might captain RCB in the 2025 Indian Premier League. Aakash Chopra, a former cricket player for India, recently grabbed center stage and declared that RCB may have decided to select VIrat Kohli as their future captain.

“They most likely decided to return to Virat Kohli when they had no one else to take, and he will once again be the captain of this team. “They also believed that they wouldn’t choose anyone who was with them,” Chopra stated in a YouTube video.
