At the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, Karnataka, who are playing Haryana in the round seven match of the ongoing Ranji Trophy 2024–25, witnessed a very unexpected event. There weren’t many fans in the famous stadium for the domestic match, but one fan in particular stood out: a teenage student.
The child notably carried a poster that stated that he had missed his school exam in order to see Karnataka cricket sensation KL Rahul bat. The people are excited to see their favourite play, just as the young child who went out of his way to finally see his star bat. It is noteworthy that the ace batter returned to the Ranji arena after a long absence.
I have exam today, but came to watch Namma (our) KL Rahul bat, the placard read.

Within minutes of Kohli’s wicket, the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi is empty.
Virat Kohli made his domestic comeback after almost ten years in another round seven encounter between Delhi and Railways at Arun Jaitley Stadium. The venue’s seating maximum had been exceeded on Day 2, and all of the supporters there were eager to watch Kohli bat. However, the batsman was dismissed for just six runs in the first session, and what happened next was shocking.
A few minutes after Kohli’s wicket, the stadium’s crowded stands, which had been packed like an international match, reverted to the normalcy of a domestic match as the fans began to disperse. Kohli was never given the opportunity to bat in the second innings because Delhi won the game by an innings.
