Rajat Patidar Net Worth 2024-25: Endorsements & Career Achievements

Recently, Rajat Patidar, an Indian batter, made news when he was named captain of Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) for the 2025 Indian Premier League. Many fans who anticipated Virat Kohli’s return as captain were taken aback by this move. After deciding not to keep Faf du Plessis, RCB announced Patidar as their option to captain the club for the forthcoming season, which starts on March 22.

From Madhya Pradesh, the right-handed top-order batsman has been a vital member of the RCB since 2021. His strike rate is 158.85 and he has pounded 799 runs in 27 IPL matches. In the IPL 2022 Eliminator against the Lucknow Super Giants, he became the first player without a cap to achieve a century in an IPL playoff game with a score of 112* off 54 balls.

Patidar began playing in the first division in 2015–16. He scored one hundred in his first game as a member of Madhya Pradesh and another in the next game. But in the 2022 Ranji Trophy final, he scored his most significant century in the format against Mumbai. After a 69-year break, it assisted his squad in winning the championship. In the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, he has led Madhya Pradesh and continues to produce excellent results for the team. Patidar’s IPL and domestic cricket performances earned him his first international call-up. He took on South Africa in an ODI on December 21, 2023, and England in a Test match on February 2, 2024.

Rajat Patidar IPL Salary

The right-handed batter was purchased for INR 20 lakh at the basic price and made his IPL debut with RCB in 2021. For the following two seasons, Rajat Patidar stayed with RCB at the same price before being re-acquired for INR 50 lakh in the 2024 auction. However, the Bengaluru-based team paid an incredible INR 11 crore to keep him as one of their key players ahead of the IPL 2025 big auction.

  • IPL 2021-2023: INR 20 lakh
  • IPL 2024: INR 50 lakh
  • IPL 2025: INR 11 crore

Rajat Patidar Endorsements

While the RCB captain is still in the early stages of his international career, he has already gained interest from brands. Though he hasn’t signed major endorsement deals as yet but has worked with notable brands like Sareen Sports, Skechers, and EATFIT, respectively.
