The demanding BCCI Level 2 coaching certification program is intended to get candidates ready for mentoring and talent development in the future. The training includes a variety of subjects, such as video analysis, biomechanics, skill acquisition, and personal growth. To help former cricket players transition into coaching positions, the National Cricket Academy (NCA) has been running these programs.
Manoj Tiwary has had both highs and lows in his cricket career.
Despite having little chances to compete internationally, he made significant contributions in the home circuit. Tiwary, who amassed over 10,000 First-Class runs at an average of around 48, including 30 hundreds, was a vital component of Bengal’s batting lineup for many years.
In the 2022–2023 season, Bengal advanced to the Ranji Trophy final under his direction. In addition to playing domestic cricket, Tiwary has played for the Delhi Daredevils (now the Delhi Capitals), Rising Pune Supergiant, Punjab Kings, and Kolkata Knight Riders, among other IPL teams.
