On Tuesday, March 4, at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai, India and Australia faced off in the semi-final of the 2025 Champions Trophy. Gautam Gambhir was ecstatic when Mohammed Shami got rid of Steve Smith in the opening innings.

In ICC ODI tournaments, the Delhi batsman broke the record held by the great Sachin Tendulkar, who scored the most fifties. As India attempts to make it to the ICC event finals for the fourth consecutive year, the 36-year-old will be crucial.
