On April 7, ahead of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) vs. Mumbai Indians (MI) IPL 2025 match at the Wankhede Stadium, star batsman Virat Kohli was spotted holding a unique blue ring and making the famous “You Can’t See Me” gesture during WWE legend John Cena’s entrance theme song, “My Time Is Now.”
In the footage, Virat Kohli was seen dancing with Australian batter Tim David, in the changing room, and close to the boundary rope.
While practicing some dance steps, the two were observed laughing together. The video of X, which was formerly known as Twitter, was shared by RCB’s official social media handle. Since then, it has gone viral and disrupted the internet.

So far, RCB’s IPL 2025 campaign has been strong. They thrashed the Chennai Super Kings by 50 runs after first upsetting the reigning champion Kolkata Knight Riders by 7 wickets. But in their third game, the Bengaluru-based team faltered, losing to the Gujarat Titans at home by eight wickets. The Rajat Patidar-led team will be trying to get over their most recent performance and emerge stronger for this match, which is their fourth matchup versus MI.
In the meantime, Kohli scored an undefeated 59 and looked outstanding in the match against KKR. The 35-year-old will be looking to improve at a location where he has previously delivered memorable knocks, despite his lacklustre efforts in the previous two games. Prior to the match, the seasoned batter thought back on his relationship with MI opener and India teammate Rohit Sharma.
In a video shared on social media by RCB, Kohli stated, “I think it’s a very natural thing to take place when you play with someone for so long, and you share so much of your insight of the game initially, you’re learning from each other, you’re kind of growing in your careers at probably the same time, and you share all kind of queries and questions.”
“So there’s a lot of back and forth that happens and also the fact that, you know, we worked very closely in terms of the leadership for the team, so there were always ideas discussed and more or less, we would end up on the same page in terms of the gut feel of that situation, there is a trust factor and do the job for the team,” the star of RCB stated.
In the meantime, Jasprit Bumrah has formally returned to the Mumbai-based team, which is fantastic news. The star bowler, who had been sidelined since January owing to a back ailment, has finished his recovery and is ready for selection, according to MI’s head coach Mahela Jayawardene.
