[Watch] IPL 2025: MS Dhoni & Co. take part in funny lip-reading game, video goes viral

Prior to Sunday, April 20’s match against the Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium, MS Dhoni and a handful of his Chennai Super Kings colleagues, including Matheesha Pathirana, Shivam Dube, and Sam Curran, played a light-hearted game of Chinese Whispers. CSK posted a brief video of the entire Mumbai conference to their social media accounts.

The video, which is currently going viral, shows MS Dhoni and the others using noise-cancelling headphones.

The event host mouthed the prompt from the famous Bollywood dialogue of Mogambo Khush Hua. It was impossible for any of the cricket players to guess the original words.

This Sunday, CSK will play MI. The match between the bitter rivals is expected to be another exciting battle. As of right now, MI leads in terms of the head-to-head record (20-18 in MI’s favour). But the CSK team, led by Dhoni, is unbeatable. The doubleheader’s evening game is expected to be an exciting one.

At the MA Chidambaram Stadium, the Men in Yellow defeated MI by four wickets last month to begin their IPL 2025 campaign. Noor Ahmad’s outstanding bowling performance earned him the Player of the Match award (4/18 in four overs). There were also a few additional exceptional performers. CSK led the chase thanks to Rachin Ravindra (65* off 45) and Ruturaj Gaikwad, the captain who was ruled out (53 off 26).
