Anil Kumble, a former captain of India, praised Rachin Ravindra, a young batsman from New Zealand, saying that he performs like Yuvraj Singh. Kumble remarked that his debut game in the main event featured a remarkable inning. Additionally, the 52-year-old claimed that the child did make him think of a young Yuvraj in his prime. Kumble also praised Rachin Ravindra for his beautiful and graceful knock.
“When he began the batting in the exhibition game (against Pakistan), we saw what he is capable of. In his flow, he resembles Yuvraj Singh somewhat, a younger Yuvraj Singh. Very classy. So fantastic,” Kumble said to ESPNcricinfo.
