However, the accused has now filed a counterclaim.

According to reports, Mrinank Singh conned Rishabh Pant out of 1.6 crore in 2020–21 while posing as a high-end watch and jewelry company. Pant handed up his watches to Singh, believing him to be trustworthy, only to be met with a returned check.
