In the South African version of the game, India’s first century was achieved by the 18-year-old gifted batsman Musheer Khan. Musheer Khan showed off his skills at the Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein during a group-stage encounter against Ireland. He scored an astounding 119 from 108 balls. For those who do not know, Musheer Khan is the younger sibling of Sarfaraz Khan, a well-known actor from Mumbai, with a remarkable age difference of over seven years. This cricket player is a left-arm orthodox bowler as well as a powerful right-handed top-order batsman. In three matches, he demonstrated his talent by amassing 96 runs and taking two wickets.
In the previous Ranji Trophy season, Musheer Khan made his first-class debut for Mumbai.
