Axar Patel paused to consider the team’s preparations for the forthcoming IPL season when the Delhi Capitals arrived in Chandigarh for their opening game against the Punjab Kings.
The all-round player reaffirmed the proverb “keeping things simple” prior to the competition, declaring that it would be the Capitals’ motto in 2024 as they attempt to recover from a disappointing campaign in which they just missed out on a wooden spoon finish, finishing ninth in the ten-team standings with just five victories in 14 games.
