With less than four months to go until the ODI World Cup, which will be held in India, fans are more excited than ever. However, they can’t book tickets just yet because the schedule hasn’t been released.
Even though the schedule for the World Cup is expected to come out this week, the draft timetable is already out.
The draft calendar says that India will play nine different teams in nine different places. They will start their season on October 8 against Australia in Chennai. India will play Pakistan in a much-anticipated game on October 15 at the famous Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad.
The ODI World Cup 2023 final will also take place at the same place. According to the draft calendar and ESPNcricinfo, the semi-finals will be played on November 15 and 16, but the exact location has not been decided.

The plan has taken a long time to come out, especially considering that the World Cup will start in four months. For both of the previous events, which took place in 2015 and 2019, the plan was set more than a year in advance. At the same time, two teams from Zimbabwe will take part in the upcoming ICC ODI World Cup Qualifiers, which will be held in that country.
