During Tuesday, April 29’s Indian Premier League match between the Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Dushmantha Chameera grabbed a golden duck by grabbing Anukul Roy. Anukul got removed on the fourth ball of the last over of the first innings when substituting for Vaibhav Arora in his maiden IPL 2025 match.
Anukul, who genuinely made a sweet connection, whacked a poorly executed yorker on the pads in the air. Near the deep backwards square leg area, the ball was bound to reach its maximum. Running to his left, Chameera threw himself sideways in an attempt to seize a truly incredible opportunity. All of Chameera’s DC teammates praised his effort, with the majority of them rushing to the Sri Lankan to cheer him on.
