During the current Under-19 Cooch Behar Trophy match versus Rajasthan, Bihar’s Suman Kumar managed to write history by taking all ten wickets in an innings.
Suman Kumar, who is from the Samastipur district, also scored an incredible hat-trick for his team in the 36th over.
Additionally, he has already claimed 22 wickets this season. Only twice in the current domestic season has a bowler claimed all ten wickets, including Suman Kumar.
In the current Ranji Trophy season, Haryana’s Anshul Kamboj had previously claimed ten wickets in an innings. Rakesh Tiwari, the head of the Bihar Cricket Association (BCA), spoke about Suman’s performance and complimented him on his accomplishment.
“Bihar cricket is extremely proud of Suman Kumar’s record feat of getting all ten wickets in an innings. The Times of India quoted Rakesh Tiwari as stating, “His talent and dedication are a testament to the growing cricketing ecosystem in Bihar, which is now producing remarkable players capable of making a mark on the national stage.”
