Mohammed Siraj’s performance in the main event would earn him a government post and a residential plot, the Telangana government stated, just as the gifting trend was taking off. On July 9, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy received a bouquet of flowers as a token of appreciation from the Indian pacer. On social media, Siraj expressed his gratitude to the chief minister for the distinction and promised to deliver more victories of this nature for the nation.’
