The Caribbean Premier League (CPL), the West Indies’ own T20 league, is getting ready for its 13th season. The next season of the league, which has attracted attention due to players from all over the world playing for their individual teams, will begin play on August 14, 2025. The tournament’s final is scheduled for September 21, 2025, and the organisers have promised that it won’t conflict with the international events in the West Indies.
Six clubs will compete in 30 league-stage games, including four knockout rounds that include the elimination round, two qualifiers, and the championship match. By the way, the St Lucia Kings defeated the Guyana Amazon Warriors in the final of the 2024 tournament. The Trinbago Knight Riders, Barbados Royals, and St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots are other teams.
It is important to note that, before to the 2024 CPL, the Antigua and Barbuda Falcons took the place of the Jamaica Tallawahs.

To assemble their teams, the teams will receive a draft and a round of pre-draft signings, according to the organisers. Notably, announcements on locations, schedules, and other specifics will be made shortly.
