Dhruv Jurel, a young player, impressed on his India debut against England in Rajkot. Meanwhile, Jurel has guaranteed his spot in the playing XI with his disciplined hitting and outstanding catching. For the most part, the Indian squad tried KS Bharat in Rishabh Pant’s absence, however the batsman was unable to demonstrate his batting prowess. Ishan Kishan was the next player the team management tested, and he was about to have more chances, but the cricket player decided not to play, citing mental exhaustion.
