In response to Sreesanth’s remarks about India Capitals captain Gautam Gambhir, Legends League Cricket (LLC) has sent him a legal letter. Throughout the match, the 40-year-old claimed in a number of videos and posts that Gambhir had labeled him a “fixer,” which had severely damaged him. He swiftly brought up the issue on social media, and Sreesanth broke the code of conduct in doing so.
There was a note stating that the star pacer had violated his contract during the competition. India Today claims that Sreesanth won’t speak with Legends League Cricket (LLC) unless he takes down all of the videos that criticize Gautam Gambhir because they are part of the league preview. However, none of the reports detailing the incident that the match officials and umpires produced addressed Sreesanth’s allegation that Gambhir had called him a “fixer.”
During the India Capitals’ game against the Manipal Tigers, Sreesanth notably made another jab at Gambhir. As he praised Amitoze Singh for his straight throw that forced the southpaw to return to the pavilion in Qualifier 2, the cricketer from Kerala appeared to be celebrating Gambhir’s dismissal.
However, Bhuvneshwari Kumari, Sreesanth’s wife, criticized Gautam Gambhir on social media and stood up for her husband. He referred to the occurrence as terrible and questioned the cricketer’s background.
“Hearing from Sree that a player who has played with him for India for many years can go to this level is really alarming. even after being retired from competitive cricket for a long time. Ultimately, upbringing plays a significant role, which is evident when this type of behavior manifests itself. Very surprising, in fact,” she wrote.
Gambhir has not yet responded to comments on the subject. On social media, the 42-year-old shared a mysterious message, but he withheld details of what transpired during the game. Remarkably, a recent video has surfaced on social media in which Sreesanth is seen attempting to sledge Gambhir during his batting innings. Not long after, the major incident occurred.
