A Pakistani social media content producer was corrected by former India cricketer Harbhajan Singh over the similarities between MS Dhoni and Mohammad Rizwan.
The 44-year-old said that while the Pakistani keeper-batter is a talented player, he doesn’t rank up there with Dhoni, who is still the best keeper in the world of cricket, according to Harbhajan Singh .
The cricket player, who was born in Jalandhar, continued by saying that Rizwan will also acknowledge that Dhoni is superior to him and that he won’t hold himself up to such a legendary player who has won two world championships: the 2011 ODI World Cup and the 2007 T20 World Cup.
“What are you smoking these days?” What a stupid thing to ask. Isko batao bhaiyo. RIZWAN se bhut aage hai DHONI Rizwan will provide you with an honest response even if you ask him. I think Rizwan is a good player who plays with purpose all the time, but this comparison is inaccurate. DHONI is still ranked #1 in the world of cricket. Behind stumps, none is better than him, Harbhajan stated on his X account.
What r u smoking nowadays ???? What a silly question to ask . Bhaiyo isko batao . DHONI bhut aage hai RIZWAN se Even if u will ask Rizwan he will give u an honest answer for this . I like Rizwan he is good player who always play with intent.. but this comparison is wrong. DHONI… https://t.co/apr9EtQhQ4

The off-spinner spent numerous years representing India under Dhoni’s leadership before joining the Chennai Super Kings (CSK). In the World Championship of Legends, he recently competed for India Champions and won the competition by defeating Pakistan on the final night.
However, before the 2024 Indian Premier League, MS Dhoni gave the captaincy to Ruturaj Gaikwad and continued to play regularly. The Ranchi-born cricketer participated in every game in what was supposed to be his last season in the league, but he hasn’t declared his retirement yet, raising the possibility that he may try for one more.

On the other hand, there is a lot riding on BCCI authorities’ decision on the retention and Right To Match card rule. In the unlikely event that the 43-year-old announces his retirement, he will probably still play a significant role in the CSK think tank.
