Venu Pisike, the chairman of USA Cricket (USAC), is the target of grave allegations made by three of the organization’s directors. Patricia Whittaker, Arjun Gona, and Kuljit Singh have taken the unprecedented step of directly contacting the International Cricket Council (ICC) to complain about a variety of dishonest practices and fake governance that they believe exist inside USAC.
Given that USA Cricket has been under investigation by the highest cricketing authority, this explosive email arrives at a critical moment for the organisation. The board has already received penalties and a suspension warning from the worldwide regulatory organisation. The claims have the potential to worsen the already precarious situation of American cricket administration.
A number of charges are listed in the director’s email against Pisike and his supporters. The most prominent of these is the purportedly unfair dismissal of CEO Dr. Noor Murad, which the directors claim was an illegal and unethical action.
Additionally, they depict a “toxic and pathetic” work atmosphere that has allegedly caused the resignation of a number of important employees, including Jamie Lloyd, Julie Abbott, Anand Patel, and Burt Cockley.

The claims also raise questions about USAC’s governance’s basic integrity. The directors accuse widespread corruption with political gains in mind, such as depriving voters of their right to vote during constitutional revisions and choosing a membership management company in a biassed manner to rig elections.
They also assert that Pisike has appointed people in violation of the Constitution by eschewing the correct channels for important roles.
The email also raises a serious worry about financial misconduct. Pisike is accused by the directors of financial opacity and misusing legal money. Additionally, they claim that attempts to reach a settlement with Major League Cricket’s owners, American Cricket Enterprises (ACE), were purposefully obstructed.

Nor does the email spare other board members. The cricket committee’s chair and male player director, Srini Salver, is accused of corruption, conflicts of interest, and selecting players in order to benefit himself.
