The International Cricket Council has published the itinerary for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025. The tournament will begin in Bengaluru with hosts India taking on Sri Lanka. The two countries will begin the event on September 30 at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, with action beginning at 15:00 local time.
Defending champions Australia will begin their campaign against rivals New Zealand on October 1 at Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore, while Bangladesh will face Pakistan the following day in Colombo. Bengaluru will host for the second time when 2022 runners-up England face South Africa on Friday, October 3 in the final first match.
The round-robin stage continues till October 26, with the last day of group stage play including two matches on the same day: England vs New Zealand in Guwahati and India hosting Bangladesh in Bengaluru.
The semi-finals are set for October 29 and 30, with the final taking place on November 2. The top four teams from the round-robin stage will advance to the semi-finals, with first place facing fourth and second against third.

Note: The knockout games scheduled to be played in Colombo will proceed in the Island Nation only if Pakistan proceed through from the league stage. Pakistan Women, if they qualify, will play the first semi-final regardless of their position on the points table in the round-robin format. If they don’t qualify, matches will be held in Guwahati (Semi-Final 1) and Bengaluru (Semi-Final 2 and Final), respectively.
