In the ICC Women’s ODI Player Rankings, Sidra Ameen leaps.

Opener Sidra Ameen, who scored 105 in the opening game of the ICC Women’s Championship series against New Zealand in Queenstown, has risen to a career-high 14th place in the ICC Women’s ODI Player Rankings and holds the fourth-highest rating points of any Pakistani woman batter.

Sidra Ameen has risen six spots to 578 rating points, with the highest total among Pakistani women batters being Javeria Khan (632), Bismah Maroof (628), and Nahida Khan (604).

Another one to gain is Suzie Bates, a batswoman from New Zealand who scored an incredible 108 off 104 balls in the opening game. She moved up five spots to take 18th place. After leading her team to a 2-1 victory, all-around star Amelia Kerr—who finished with 164 runs and five wickets—moved up one spot to take ninth place among hitters.

Pakistani players who have advanced are Sadia Iqbal (up 11 spots to 21st among bowlers), Fatima Sana (up 2 spots to 27th among bowlers), and Ghulam Fatima (up 12 spots to 44th among bowlers). Meanwhile, New Zealand players who have advanced after the most recent weekly update are Maddy Green (up 9 spots to 23rd among batters), Hannah Rowe (up 4 spots to 22nd among bowlers), and Fran Jonas (up 11 spots to 47th among bowlers).

Star all-rounder Marizanne Kapp of South Africa, who was absent from the first game of their ICC Women’s Championship series against Bangladesh in East London, is currently tied with Ash Gardner at the top of the all-rounders table with 377 rating points.

After Bangladesh defeated South Africa by 119 runs in East London, Murshida Khatun‘s undefeated 91 pushed her up 23 spots to the 52nd rank, while left-arm spinner Nahida Akter’s three-wicket haul moved her up two spots to the 12th position.
