Gujarat was forced to bat first, but Delhi’s bowling simply destroyed them, as they were bowled out for just 89 in 17.3 overs, with Mukesh Kumar shining with the ball with his 3-fer.
DC responded by chasing the mark in 8.5 overs, with captain Rishabh Pant scoring an unbeaten 16* (11). After their victory, DC moved up to the sixth position on the points table with six victories from seven games and six points, while Gujarat dropped to the seventh position with six points from seven games.

With the new ball forcing him to slice one back onto his stumps, the right-arm seamer first removed Wriddhiman Saha, who was the opener. 2. The amazing work that Rishabh Pant did with the gloves
With a straight blow from Sumit Kumar, the Delhi Capitals’ electric team was able to remove Sai Sudharsan from the game. Their skipper, Rishabh Pant, upped the ante, dismissing David Miller with a spectacular catch. The 26-year-old was engaged in a neat stumping of Abhinav Manohar in the ninth over after taking a wonderful diving catch to his left.

3. Jake Fraser McGurk launches himself into a six-run inning.
The 22-year-old maintained his success against GT as well, as he got off to a spectacular six down the ground against Sandeep Warrier on just the second ball of the innings, following up his match-winning 55 on his IPL debut. With two fours and two sixes, he proceeded to score 20 (10) to top score for his team.
