The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will host the Mumbai Indians (MI) franchise in the next match. This will also be the game in which they play Ishan Kishan, a former comrade. The cricket player from Bihar has spoken candidly about his decision to join the Orange army this year after leaving the Boys in Blue.
Having won two titles with the MI franchise, Ishan Kishan had been a member for the previous seven years. He has stated how happy he is to be a member of the Hyderabad team, which he is playing for for the first time in his IPL career. Kishan mentioned some of his favourite players on the club and highlighted up-and-coming talents, adding that he likes the quiet atmosphere in the locker room. He is quite optimistic about the team’s future.
Having spent the previous seven years with Mumbai Indians, I was astonished to see how orange everything is in Hyderabad when I first arrived. This is a brand-new experience, though. awaiting it with anticipation. However, the current state of Sunrisers Hyderabad’s performance and the team’s attitude are completely different from what I had anticipated. Kishan stated on the JioHotstar special show Gen Bold that “there is a lot of calmness.”
Everyone has a great deal of understanding. Everyone here is so helpful. Thus, I continue to love it. Three team members who I really like are Zeeshan Ansari, Abhinav Manohar, and Abhishek Sharma. “I think we’re going to be a really strong team this year, Sunrisers Hyderabad,” he continued.
Ishan Kishan said that fearless cricket starts with leadership.
The Orange Army’s strategy this season has generated a lot of disagreement; some analysts advocate for the bold approach, while others think there should be greater balance. But the 26-year-old has shown complete faith in this cricketing method and said they will stick with it for the duration of the 2025 IPL season.
It’s not enough to simply go out there and hit every ball in fearless cricket. When your captain supports that strategy for the team, it begins. I believe that every other member of the team is right behind him (Pat Cummins), prepared to play the way he wants us to. It becomes effortless to play brave cricket when your captain instills that level of clarity in the team. We simply play as we usually do, and we’ll approach it in the same manner,” Kishan said.
