The 16th season of the Indian Premier League has begun, and the opening few weeks of the competition have seen some magnificent cricket action. In game 18 between the Punjab Kings and Gujarat Titans, Mohit Sharma made an incredible comeback to the T20 extravaganza after a three-year absence. The second innings, however, belonged to South African pace bowler Kagiso Rabada, who made history by becoming the IPL’s fastest bowler to 100 wickets in terms of balls taken. With the wicket of Wriddhiman Saha in the fifth over of the second innings, the right-arm fast bowler reached the landmark in 1438 balls, surpassing Lasith Malinga, who had done it in 1622 balls.
