Williamson has played in 168 games for New Zealand, scoring 7035 runs at an average of 49.54. He has respectable figures in one-day internationals. He is presently the BlackCaps’ fifth-highest run scorer in the format, behind players like Nathan Astle, Martin Guptill, Stephen Fleming, and Ross Taylor.
Speaking of his performance in the tri-series against South Africa and Pakistan, he ended up scoring 225 runs at an average of 112.50 in three games, including half-centuries and a century, making him New Zealand’s best run scorer.
