Everyone was captivated by the infamous passionate conversation between KL Rahul and Sanjiv Goenka, the owner of the Lucknow Super Giants. People wandered from enjoying coffee while watching Travis and Abhishek Sharma produce at Hyderabad’s Uppal Stadium. Instead, the talk of the town was Goenka’s inappropriate behaviour, which appeared to be directed at Rahul after SRH had taken 9.5 overs to chase LSG’s 166 runs.
Goenka’s supporters urged that the LSG captain switch teams, even though he acknowledged the conversation was just casual. The Karnataka-born wicketkeeper-batter was recommended to share things with Royal Challengers Bengaluru by fans both home and abroad, understandably enough. Rahul has taken a “hopeful” stance in response to the query, as the whispers have begun to pick up steam with each new moon.
I adore the Royals. I have been a long-time fan of RCB, and I won’t comment on the rumours now that you are playing past RCB. In a now-viral video, the fan stated, “But yeah, I am just hoping and praying that you come into RCB and rock here.”
In response, Rahul said, “Let’s hope so.”
Here’s KL Rahul’s response to fan query:
I’m happy that KL Rahul knows about the rumours that are going around for him & RCB.
