On Sunday, May 18, at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Rahul opened the innings against the Gujarat Titans (GT) as a No. 4 hitter and amassed an incredible 112* off 65 balls, hitting 14 fours and four sixes.
KL Rahul has amassed 493 runs from 11 innings in the current IPL 2025 with a strike rate of 148.10 and an average of 61.60.
The Karnataka cricketer is expected to return to the T20I team when India plays Bangladesh in a three-match series in August, according to a Times of India (TOI) article.
