Los Angeles Knight Riders are hoping to go back to winning ways at Church Street Park in Morrisville on Saturday against the San Francisco Unicorns after suffering back-to-back losses. Again, cloudy skies are in store for them, but a complete contest is likely given the minimal chance of rain stopping things.
In the previous game, the skilled bowling attack of the Knight Riders failed miserably against the attack of Ryan Rickleton of the Seattle Orcas.
The bowling department had not performed well against Unicorns the previous game, as they were rendered ineffectual by the attack of Finn Allen and Matthew Short.
After a strong start to the season against Knight Riders, Unicorns suffered a batting collapse against Texas Super Kings. As a result, all eyes will likely be on how their batting performs against Knight Riders’ bowling, two opposing teams that are currently vying for position on the points table.
