Australian skipper, Tim Paine says that he is really happy and mentions that they played fantastic cricket in the last two Tests. On contributions from everyone, Paine jokingly says that not all the batsman got a chance to bat but David and Marnus were superb. Tells that Burns at the top was good too. On Warner's triple century, Paine says that it was an unbelievable knock from him. Feels that it is not easy to bat that long. On his declaration before Warner's 400 chances, Paine says that they did think that and spoke to Warner about it but David was okay with the declaration. Talking about Labuschagne, Paine says that he is enjoying his success with the bat. On the bowling, Paine says that the wicket was a difficult one and the bowlers kept coming entire time and it was an awesome performance from them. On the upcoming three-Test match series, Paine jokes that he would want to pouch a few more catches than he did. Tells that if they continue on the path they are right now, the series will be an exciting one.

Pakistan skipper, Azhar Ali starts by congratulating the Australian team and David Warner for his incredible triple hundred. Tells that it is always hard to come to Australia and beat them. Adds they have been beaten by the better side. Admits that they were poor in all three departments. Feels they need to improve their bowling and work on controlling the scoring rate. Tells that the batters need to put up big partnerships. Mentions that Yasir's fight along with Azam's knock in the first innings is a positive. Credits Babar Azam for the way he played in the series and feels that he will be a big start for Pakistan in future. Azhar hopes they can improve and learn from this tour. PLAYER OF THE MATCH AND SERIES, DAVID WARNER! Starts by saying that he is really happy that they didn't have to bat again. Tells that he was really tired last night and probably slept on the couch. Says that the triple hundred has not sunk in yet. Remembers his friend, late Phillip Hughes, and shares that he looked up to the skies in his memory. Tells that he is focusing on scoring runs. Adds that he backed himself and enjoyed the innings. Reminds that he was out of the game for a while but he has returned and is enjoying the game more than ever. Further says that their next series is against New Zealand and they are a quality unit. Feels that the conditions in Perth, the venue for the first Test against NZ, will suit the Kiwi attack and they will have to adjust accordingly. Finishes off by saying that he will go back and practice more in the nets and try to do his best.

Josh Hazlewood is down for a quick chat. He says that it has been a good couple of weeks for them. Mentions about Cummins' direct hit to finish things off. Reckons that it was a superb performance by the Aussie bowling unit. Praises Starc's effort in the first innings and then Lyon for his fifer. Terms it as a good all-round show. States that he is happy to start the summer in a winning way.

More than Pakistan's batting, their bowling should be faulted. Lacking in experience, there wasn't enough control shown by their young bowlers. Although Shaheen Afridi did impress by picking up three wickets. Unlike Pakistan, Australia's bowling was of top notch. Mitchell Starc wreaked havoc first time around with a 6-wicket haul and then Nathan Lyon left his impact in the final innings with a fifer. All in all, it was a completely dominant performance by Australia as they steamrolled Pakistan in the series and win it 2-0. 60 points more to their tally in the ICC World Test Championship and they are second in the list behind India.

Yet another thumping victory for Australia! Powered by Warner's magnificent triple century and Marnus Labuschagne's 162, the Kangaroos amassed 589 runs on the board. In reply, apart from Babar Azam's fluent knock and Yasir Shah's surprising century, there wasn't any fight shown by Pakistan. Tim Paine enforced the follow-on with a lead of 287 runs and once again the visiting batsmen failed to turn up with the bat. Shan Masood, Asad Shafiq and Mohammad Rizwan offered little resistance but the task in hand required a monumental effort that never came.

Right then, Australia took just under 15 minutes to pick the remaining two wickets and register yet another massive win. They are all smiles. David Warner takes a stump as a souvenir and leads his team off the park. Handshakes going on at the moment.

Excellent session for Australia that has fetched them three wickets and put them on the cusp of a 2-0 series win! Nathan Lyon has bounced back from the disappointment of the first innings and was once again instrumental in cutting short Pakistan's stubborn fight by claiming a fifer. 2 wickets left to pick and the only question remains is whether Rizwan rallies around with the remaining batsmen and force Australia to bat again! We thought that the session will be extended but Tim Paine has declined the extra 30 minutes and the Aussies are walking back for Dinner. Star of the session and this innings so far, Nathan Lyon is down for a quick chat before he heads for his break. Lyon says that it was a very good session and hopes they are clinical enough to wrap it up. On being unlucky not to get any wickets on Day 3 inspite of bowling so well, Lyon admits that is how it is. Further adds there are days you bowl badly and yet end up getting wickets.

A very good session for the hosts. Much better than the previous day. It did not start well for Australia as Asad Shafiq and Shan Masood fought it out in the first hour. The latter got to his fifty and it looked like it would be a wicketless session but Lyon got rid of Shan. Asad too departed after getting to his fifty and once again it was the local boy who did the damage. Lyon must feel he should have had 3 as Labuschagne dropped his third catch of the game. This time it was of Rizwan. The visitors would hope that Rizwan and Iftikhar can put up a fight and show some grit. Can they do it? Join us after the break to find out.

Tim Paine and co. were sub-par early on Day 3 and they would hope not to repeat that. Pakistan, on the other hand, would look to at least go past Australia's total. They need overnight batsmen, Asad Shafiq and Shan Masood to bat them out of trouble and put on a giant fight if they are even to see off the day. Will the penultimate day of this Test be the final one or will the visitors drag this into the final day?

In a match where Pakistan have been under the pump and have hardly had anything to cherish. Pakistan's only century has come like a ray of hope from a very unlikely source, Yasir Shah. His century along with the fight shown by Abbas and Azam have been some shining spots for the day. Babar missed out on a well deserved ton earlier in the day. That inspiring knock from Yasir failed to inspire the tourists top-order and after being forced to bat again, Pakistan lost 3 wickets including that of Babar Azam. Shan Masood and Asad Shafiq have seen through the day, albeit because of rain. The pair would look to battle it out on Day 4 and do something surprising.

When many expected that Australia would bat again after bowling almost 60 overs in the first innings, Tim Paine did the opposite and asked the tourists to bat again. The decision paid off as the hosts were able to get 3 wickets with Hazlewood and Starc picking up 2 and 1 each. The hosts made the ball talk again under lights and would have liked a few more overs but rain did not permit that.

That is the end of the day's play. We expected rain to play a spoilsport and it indeed did not disappoint. Apart from the first session, Australia were more or less on top once again. Another day where the hosts dominated but they were tested the most in this Test on Day 3.

Perfect end to the session for Australia. They have managed to get rid of Imam-ul-Haq right before the break. A surprising yet a brilliant century from Yasir Shah saw Pakistan reach 302. Tim Paine opted to put Pakistan to bat again. The hosts would have hoped for an early breakthrough and Josh Hazlewood did just that. Another unpredictable call from Tim Paine. Many expected him not to enforce follow-on but he has decided to enforce it. The Australian players are waiting near the ropes with their skipper, Tim Paine having a final word with his troops before they take on the field. Shan Masood and Imam-ul-Haq stride out to open the innings for Pakistan.

The Aussies were not as good as they were on Day 2. They were poor in the field and their bowling lacked the intensity. Starc was the pick of the bowlers picking up 6 wickets. Cummins had 3 to his name whereas Hazlewood had 1. The spinners were unable to pick up a wicket.

What a fight from the tourists. Everyone expected the visitors' innings to be a one session affair at best if not an hour's affair. But Babar Azam and Yasir Shah had other ideas. The duo started the day with the score reading 96/6. The pair added a further 98 runs to take them to 194. Babar fell agonizingly close of 100. But Yasir and Abbas continued to torture the Aussies and added a further 87. Yasir Shah converted his maiden fifty into a hundred taking Pakistan's total to a respectable 302.

By the way, Australia have enforced the follow-on. A very bold call from them. Not many would've thought that after conceding over 300, they will enforce the follow-on. But they have.

Yasir Shah says he is happy to get his first hundred and tells that Babar helped him a lot. On what his thought was when he was on 99, Yasir says that there were a lot of thoughts but he was not taking the pressure.

Yasir Shah, the hero of Pakistan's innings walks off to a huge applause from the crowd. Maiden Test ton and he has shown Pakistan's fight, courage and never give up attitude. The visitors can now at least think of saving this Test. He is caught for a quick chat.

A good fighting session from Pakistan. Probably the first session where they will be happy with their efforts. Yasir Shah and Babar Azam fought out with both the batters getting to their respective fifties. The duo added 105-run stand before Babar Azam fell agonizingly short of his ton. The Aussies were not at their best in this session. Catches did not carry and Labuschagne was guilty of putting down an easy chance of Yasir Shah. Starc's double-wicket over though saw Australia get their Mojo back. Pakistan still trail by a massive 376 runs but Yasir Shah is continuing his battle. How long can the battle last? Trail - A massive 493. Wickets in hand - Just 4. Pakistan are staring down at an inevitable follow-on. At this point they can hope for some respectability to the score and for that to happen they need Babar Azam to play another gem. The other thing the visitors would be hoping for is rain. As much as possible so that they can think of saving this Test. But if there's any side who can be absolutely shambolic one day and completely unbeatable the next then it's Pakistan. Australia, on the other hand, will look to continue what they have been doing in this game so far. They'd look to bundle out the tourists as quickly as possible and then either make them bat again or opt otherwise. The weather forecast for the day is not too good. What's in store for us on this all important Day 3 of the second Test?

Another disappointing and disheartening day for Pakistan. They were outplayed, outclassed and humiliated by the hosts. First with the bat and then later on with the ball. After being on the field for almost 5 sessions, the tourists would have wanted their openers to fight it out but it was a total capitulation. Only one recognized batsman, Babar Azam is out in the middle along with Yasir Shah. Only a miracle can see them even avoid a follow-on from here on.

The day started off for the Aussies with Labuschagne and Warner continuing their good work. Labuschagne's 162 and David Warner's memorable and historic unbeaten 335 saw Australia declare for a giant score of 589. Then, the hosts continued their good work with the ball from the previous Test. as the pace trio of Starc, Cummins and Hazlewood wrecked havoc with the strawberry. Cummins and Hazlewood got one wicket each while Starc was bowling poison and his 4-wicket haul ensured that Australia enter Pakistan's tail.

Terrific, terrific day for Australia. A 10/10 day for the hosts. The hero of the day, David Warner gets congratulated by all his teammates and he leads them off the field. It was his day/evening and he has the second highest individual score in Tests for Australia. He bows down to the crowd as they give him a huge applause.

It looked like the Aussie would try and go past Brian Lara's world record score of 400 but Tim Paine called his side in when Warner went past Sir Don Bradman's score. With 589 runs on the board and the Pakistani players tired for fielding for a day and a half, Tim Paine would have hoped to get a wicket or two before the break. He did not get two but he certainly got one. Starc bowled fire balls and got rid of Imam before the break. Skipper Azhar Ali and Shan Masood will have a task in hand in the final session as the ball is relatively new and the strawberry has a tendency to move a bit under lights. Well, when a team scores 589 and manages to lose just 3 wickets, then it is pretty evident that the bowlers have had a horror show.

What a batting masterclass from David Warner. A knock to cherish for him. His massive, massive score of 335 along with 162 from Marnus Labuschagne has seen Australia declare for a humongous score of 589/3. Steven Smith and Matthew Wade played good supporting roles helping Warner make the second highest run scorer for Australia in an innings.

It was another timid performance by the visitors with the strawberry. Once again apart from Shaheen Afridi none of them looked quite threatening. Muhammad Musa's debut has been a forgetful one so far as he almost had sent Warner packing but he overstepped his line. Yasir Shah too has had a torrid time going for over 6 rpo and being wicketless. The body language of the hosts has been very poor and by the looks of it it looks like they have already surrendered. Overall it was a scrappy performance by the tourists. What a brilliant session for the hosts. They have made a mind-boggling 173 runs in this session and have lost just a solitary wicket. Labuschagne and Warner continued from where they left off on Day 1. Labuschagne got to his 150 but departed early on as the second new ball was taken. Smith then joined Warner and made it feel like he was batting for a long time as well as he went about his business. David Warner got to his 200 and then rode some luck to get to his 250 before coming out unscathed to Tea with an unbeaten 261. The pair of Smith and Warner have added 106 taking Australia in a commanding position.

On being asked about his innings so far, Warner smiles and says that he has had some luck. Tells he is looking to play with discipline and has tried to maintain that. On his celebration on reaching 200, Warner says that one does not always achieve that feat and he is happy to have helped his team.

Warner walks out with a huge smile on his face. And the man of the moment is caught down for a quick chat.

Welcome to the coverage of Day 2 of this second Test between Australia and Pakistan. The hosts are sitting in the driver's seat having scored 302 in just 73 overs in a reduced day's play on Day 1. David Warner and Marnus Labuschagne are unbeaten on 166 and 126 respectively and the duo will be eyeing their double hundreds putting Australia further in command. It was a timid bowling effort from the hosts and they will need to be much better with the strawberry. Just a solitary wicket on Day 1 shows how far they are already in this Test. Pakistan will need to find some inspiration and try and find a way to fight back in this game. Will they be able to do it?

It was a challenging and a tiring day for the visitors. Shaheen Afridi was the only bowler who got a wicket. He was the only one who actually looked threatening. Mohammad Abbas bowled consistent lines and lengths but his lack of pace meant the pair saw him off easily. The spinners did not have a good time either as there was hardly any purchase off the surface for them. Muhammad Musa had a very tough outing on his debut going for about 5.5 rpo. All-in-all it was a forgetful outing for the tourists.

Excellent day's play for the hosts! Everything apart from Joe Burns' early wicket went their way. After opting to bat the hosts got off to a tough start having lost Joe Burns. Warner and Labuschagne then took their time out in the middle. The duo fought out the tough phase and then started to score at a brisk rate. After a delayed start to the second session, the pair continued their work and just like the first Test both Warner and Labuschagne scored brilliant tons.

Warner says that Labuschagne's knock in Queensland was outstanding and was exceptional in this innings as well. Further goes on to say that they will look to do the same on Day 2 as well.

Labuschagne says it was surreal and it was great to bat with Warner at the other end. Smiles and says that they run hard and hopes they can build on this on Day 2.

Shaheen Afridi is caught down for a quick chat. Shaheen says that the weather is good and there is a little bit of movement off the deck. On his first wicket in pink ball Test, Shaheen tells he is very happy with his effort.

Pakistan got off to a good start with the ball. Shaheen Afridi was the pick of the bowlers in this session. He was the only bowler to get into the wickets column. Abbas was good with the line and length but failed to hit the stumps with his bowling. Debutant Musa Khan has had a tough start, giving away 31 runs in his 5 overs. The visitors need to improve their efforts and need to find a way to get rid of this partnership. Will they be able to do it? It is in the channel of uncertainty around off. Brilliant bowling this from Shaheen. Only one ball nipped back in and that was the first ball that Burns played. He expects this one to come in as well but it does not. Joe looks to defend but gets a thick outside edge as the ball keeps its shape. It goes to the keeper. Rizwan moves to his right and takes a simple catch. Excellent start for the visitors.

After a slight delay we are all set to begin. The Pakistan players who were waiting are out on the field.
