IPL 2025 Memes: Hilarious Reactions from SRH vs PBKS, Match 27 at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium

In the 27th match of the 18th edition of the IPL, Sunrisers Hyderabad managed to pull off the second-highest run-chase in the league’s history. Abhishek Sharma’s outstanding batting performance, along with that of Travis Head and Harshal Patel, allowed SRH to respond to PBKS’s 245/6 with 247/2 in their 18.3 overs.

After winning the toss, PBKS chose to bat first. Shreyas Iyer struck 82 (36), including six fours and six sixes, thanks to an outstanding knock. Priyansh Arya, Prabhsimran Singh, and Marcus Stoinis, who scored 36(13), 42(23), and 34*(11) respectively, provided him with strong support at the other end. PBKS scored 245/6 in their 20 overs as a result.

Eshan Malinga and Harshal Patel, who both claimed 4/42 and 2/45 in their four-over periods, respectively, were outstanding for SRH. Mohammed Shami was the most costly bowler in Indian history and the second most costly bowler in league history after giving up 0/75 in his 4 overs. It was not an easy chase of 146. Head and Abhishek, however, had other ideas.

The game was lost by PBKS after SRH’s opening duo scored 173 runs for the first wicket. Head scored 66 (37), but Sharma had a spectacular night, breaking multiple records with a score of 141 (55). With nine balls remaining, SRH was able to reduce the score by eight wickets thanks to their knocks. Pat Cummins’ pledge to pursue whatever total available to them was fulfilled by SRH.
