Along with his legendary game-winning knocks, MS Dhoni’s history as an Indian captain includes three ICC championships: the Champions Trophy in 2013, the ODI World Cup in 2011, and the T20 World Cup in 2007. “I want to appreciate it the way I did in school as a kid. We used to play football if the weather didn’t allow it, but we usually went to play cricket at four o’clock in the afternoon when I lived in a colony. It’s easier said than done, but I want to play with the same kind of innocence,” MS Dhoni continued.

In the same interview, MS Dhoni discussed his primary focus when playing and representing India in international cricket. He also discussed the significance of young players maintaining proper priorities when playing for their country.
Since I’ve stated in the past that not everyone has the opportunity to represent their country, MS Dhoni stated, “As a cricket player, I always wanted to perform for the Indian cricket team because whenever we went on the big stage or when we were touring, there was a chance for us to win laurels for the country and so for me it always came first.”
“You must always determine what is best for you. I made sure that cricket was everything to me while I was playing; nothing else mattered. When did I have to go to bed? When did I have to wake up? The most crucial factor, MS Dhoni determined, was how it affected (my) game.
