Today, Pro10 League, led by cricket veteran Ravi Shastri and sports entrepreneur Neeraj Sareen, announced its historic international launch, introducing professional T10 cricket to Southeast Asia and Europe. This is an important milestone for cricket worldwide.
With West Indies legend Sir Viv Richards as Thailand’s ambassador and a star-studded lineup that includes David Warner, Chris Lynn, and George Munsey, the first season will see five franchise teams compete at Thailand’s prestigious Terd Thai Cricket Ground from January 30 to February 4, 2026.
In order to pioneer professional cricket in non-traditional Southeast Asian and European markets, Pro10 has been envisioned as a catalyst for cricket in emerging regions. The project serves as a unique platform for professionally administered, structured T10 cricket in Thailand, Bulgaria, Antigua, and Poland. It also offers a quick and easy format that enables new audiences and aspiring players throughout Southeast Asia and Europe.
Local athletes will get the chance to interact with some of the best international players and coaches at the prestigious competition, which will undoubtedly aid in their development. The league is well-positioned as a useful development tool for developing countries with little access to players from other countries.
