After his father, Anirudh Singh Jadeja, made various accusations against him in a recent interview, star Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been in the news. Notably, Jadeja’s father revealed that he has a chilly relationship with his son, especially since his union with Rivaba Jadeja. In response to the claims, Jadeja called the interview “scripted” and asked his followers not to believe anything he said.
Jadeja’s spouse, Rivaba, a BJP MLA, was recently questioned about her turbulent relationship with her father-in-law. When the reporter asked the cricketer’s wife a question about personal concerns in public, she became enraged and told him to stop.
“Why are we present here today? In the viral video, he is heard adding, “You can contact me directly if you want to know about it.”

Interestingly, Anirudh Singh Jadeja currently resides in a two-bedroom apartment far from his kid and relies on his wife’s ₹20,000 pension to get by. Anirudh disclosed in the contentious interview that issues have existed in Jadeja’s family ever since she married Rivaba.
“I am not connected in any way to Ravi (Ravindra Jadeja) or Rivaba Jadeja, his spouse.
Neither they nor we make phone calls to one another. I use my wife’s ₹20,000 pension to cover my costs. I live in a two-bedroom apartment by myself. Ravindra has her own room, even in my two-bedroom apartment. To turn Ravindra into a cricket player, we have put in a lot of work. I used to earn money by putting 20-liter milk cans on my shoulder. Even as a watchman, I have experience. We are from a low beginning. I’ve done less than his sister has. As a mother, she looked after him. But he hasn’t continued to have any contact with his sister either,” Anirudh stated in the interview.
Jadeja quickly addressed his father’s accusations on social media by posting a statement, referring to the interview as an attempt to damage his wife’s reputation.
Forget what is stated in pre-recorded interviews: Ravindra Jadeja
“We should disregard the comments made in pre-recorded interviews. All the information said in the absurd interview that Divya Bhaskar has released is completely fabricated and inaccurate. The narrative is biased. I really disagree with that. The acts done to tarnish my wife’s reputation are fiercely denounced. Jadeja posted on his X account, “I also have a lot to say, but it’s best if I keep them private.
In related cricket news, Jadeja has confirmed his inclusion in the Indian side for the final three Test matches against England, having missed the first two owing to a hamstring injury. But only if he passes the fitness test will he be eligible to play in the third Test, which starts in Rajkot on February 15.
