All-round Indian bowler Sneh Rana praised head coach Amol Muzumdar, calling him incredibly personable. Every participant finds their contact with him to be quite beneficial, she said. Rana went on to describe Muzumdar as a trustworthy and friendly person, emphasising that players always come to him for advice on how to handle problems.
She added that Muzumdar is well aware of each player’s advantages, motivational factors, and ways to maximise and improve their on-field performance. She also said that he instills a genuine sense of positivism among the staff.
“Every time we visit with Sir, the players are so positively affected by him. He is the team member with whom you can always get in touch. You may always go to him and discuss if you’re unsure,” said Rana, according to News18.
“He is aware of each player’s individual strengths, how to effectively utilise her skills on the field, inspire her, and bring out the best in her. He is incredibly positive for the team and has a deep understanding of every player, said Rana.
One of the best formats, in my opinion, to demonstrate and hone your skills is Test cricket: Sneh Rana
She added that young players from a variety of formats have begun joining the club more recently. She underlined that Test cricket in particular offers these up-and-coming stars a great stage on which to showcase their skills. It also improves a player’s big-match temperament and patience. She gave young players wise counsel, emphasising that one of the best ways to showcase and improve their skills is through the red-ball format.
“As a seasoned player, I can now observe that many young players are joining the club in all formats. Many domestic players will also have an opportunity to showcase themselves when we play cricket on these days in accordance with our domestic schedule. It improves a player’s match temperament and degree of patience. Simply said, I think that Test cricket is the purest form. Test cricket is one of the best formats to showcase and hone your skills, in my opinion, for all aspiring cricket players and those who have just started playing,” said Rana.
