In a recent social media behind-the-scenes video, the Royal Challenger Bengaluru (RCB) franchise shared a humorous moment. Yash Dayal and Rajat Patidar discussed Swastik Chikara’s audacious decision to use Virat Kohli’s cologne without his consent. On social networking sites like Instagram and X, the video gained a lot of popularity.
Notably, RCB began their Indian Premier League 2025 (IPL) campaign with a resounding victory over KKR. Their dressing room has been filled with smiles ever since they arrived. The video that RCB shared on social media showed how the positive vibes in the dressing room have spread to every player.
Swastik, Dayal, and Rajat discussed the situation. According to Yash Dayal, all of the players laughed when they witnessed Chikara remove a perfume bottle from Virat’s bag without his consent.
“After our final game in Kolkata, we were seated in the dressing room. Without even asking, he snatched a bottle of perfume out of Virat Kohli’s bag and used it. They all burst out laughing,” Dayal stated.

‘I was checking to ensure he doesn’t use a bad one’ – Swastik Chikara on Kohli’s perfume
The left-arm pacer said that Swastik Chikara only held it and did nothing else. When the RCB captain discussed the situation, he said that Virat Kohli witnessed Swastik and questioned his actions.
“He was sitting like this [gesturing] and didn’t even do anything,” the RCB bowler continued. Google was used to translate this from Hindi to English.
“Virat bhai was not far away. Rajat remarked, “I wanted to know what this guy was doing.”
In response, Swastik stated that he wanted to make sure the great player wore a nice scent because everyone regarded Kohli as their older brother. When Virat inquired about the perfume’s quality, Chikara disclosed that he responded that it was pleasant.
I take it that he is our older brother? To make sure he doesn’t use a bad one, I was checking. So I gave it a shot. He inquired about my condition. “It’s nice,” I said. Swastik stated in the video, “I just wanted to check and let you know.”
