The LA28 organising committee has officially announced that cricket would be played during the 2028 Olympic Games at a temporary location at the Fairgrounds in Pomona, Southern California.
In 2028, the LA28 Olympics will take place from July 14 to July 30.
After 128 years, cricket will make a triumphant comeback in this great event.
Six teams from each of the men’s and women’s divisions will compete, as previously announced. It has been decided that each squad can have no more than fifteen members. It is still unknown what the requirements are to qualify for the Games and other connected matters.
