That is it from this game and series. Bangladesh have clean swept the tourists. We now move to the shortest format of the game and move to Dhaka for the 2-game T20Is. The first T20I will be played on Monday, 9th March. That game begins at 1800 local (1200 GMT). We hope to see you for that one. Till then, take care and have a great time!
Bangladesh skipper, Mashrafe Mortaza says that it is difficult to express how he is feeling now. Thanks his boys and the staff for their support. Says the T20 World Cup is coming and he hopes this side does well in it. On the batting performance, he says Tamim batted well and so did Liton. Tells it is just the start and better things are to come. On the bowling performance, Mortaza says they were good and credits Saifuddin. Tells he is a young player and thinks he will do well in the future. Mortaza then goes onto collect his final trophy as the skipper. His teammates join him in the celebration.
For their excellent batting performance, Liton Das and Tamim Iqbal have been named joint Player of the Series. No interview from the pair.
For his record breaking batting performance in this game Liton Das is named the Player of the Match. Liton Das says he is enjoying his batting and happy to get runs. On batting with Tamim, Liton says he kept him calm and helped him a lot.
Zimbabwe skipper, Sean Williams says that it has been a disappointing series. Tells Raza and Tiripano had a good series. Adds they were poor with the ball and they need to improve the basics and play without any fear. Tells they have two days for the T20Is and expects Craig Ervine to be ready. Says T20 is a different ball game. Hopes that the younger guys can get some more games in the future and gain experience.
Now we are all set for the presentation. Emotional scenes here as he is being honoured with a momento. He is also being given a Bangladesh jersey as a souvenir with all the players' autograph on it.
Mortaza thanks the cricket board and his boys for their support. Mortaza ends by thanking everyone and thanks Shakib Al Hasan as well who is not here but Mortaza feels that if he was here then it would have been different.
Mahmudullah tells Mortaza is his brother and he has always supported him throughout. Tells that the trust and togetherness they had was very nice and all the credit goes to him.
Mahmudullah and Mashrafe Mortaza are now caught down for a quick talk before the final presentation.
Mushfiqur Rahim is also caught down for a chat about Mortaza. Mushfiqur tells he is a legend and he is fantastic, not just as a skipper but as a human. Tells they will miss him as a captain and hopes that he plays for longer.
Tamim says that he was unbelievable and tells they were nowhere in ODIs in 2014 but then he took over the captaincy and everyone started to take notice of the side. Tells people wanted him to get dropped but Mortaza stood by him and he is very thankful for him.
Stay tuned for the presentation as we hear from Mashrafe Mortaza for one last time as skipper and we also hear from Zimbabwe skipper and find out who the Player of the Match and Series are. But before that Tamim Iqbal is caught down for a quick chat about Mortaza.
Earlier in the day, a stunning, record-breaking batting display from Liton Das and Tamim Iqbal killed the game. Rain played spoilsport in between but that did not kill off the game and the pair's record tumbling centuries and partnership helped Bangladesh reach 322 in their 43-overs. It was a disastrous day with the ball as well for the tourists as every bowler went to the cleaners. Carl Mumba was the only bowler who had something to cheer about as he finished with a 3-wicket haul.
It was a professional bowling display from Bangladesh. They had runs to play with but they never let that get on their heads and kept chipping wickets regularly. Mohammad Saifuddin was the star with the ball and he ended up with a 4-wicket haul. Afif Hossain had a debut wicket as well. Mustafizur Rahman and Mashrafe Mortaza had one wicket apiece while Taijul finished with two. All-in-all it was a dominant display from the bowlers.
Chasing 342 in just 43 overs, it was always going to be too big a mountain to climb for Zimbabwe. They needed something out of this world to chase it down but they were unable to produce that. Chakabva, Williams and Madhevere all got starts but that was not enough. Sikandar Raza showed a lot of fight with his 50-ball 61 but that was not enough and they fell way short in their mission.
An easy victory for Bangladesh and Mortaza leaves the captaincy duty with an impressive win. His 50th win in ODIs as skipper and what a great leader he has been for Bangladesh. He has not yet retired but he won't be leading his side in ODIs anymore. He bows out with a whitewash and he will cherish every bit of it. His teammates carry him on their shoulders and do a lap of the ground as the fans applaud their departing skipper. He has been a true warrior and he will always be a legend.

OUT! TIMBER! Too good a ball for a number 11 batter. Saifuddin dishes out a fast yorker aimed right at the base of the off pole. Tshuma does his best to squeeze it out but the ball goes past the outside edge of the bat and shatters the furniture behind. THAT IS THE END OF IT AS BANGLADESH WIN BY 123 RUNS (DLS METHOD) AND TAKE THE SERIES 3-0.
Charlton Tshuma is the last man in.

OUT! CAUGHT! Raza's resistance ends here. The rising run rate has consumed him. Saifuddin bowls a slower short ball on off and middle, Sikandar swivels across hard but lack of pace on the ball means that he fails to generate the power to hit it out of the park. The ball in the end has only enough to get towards the man at mid-wicket, Mohammad Naim who accepts it gleefully. Bangladesh need just one more wicket to inflict a whitewash on the Rhodesians.

OUT! BOWLED! Goodbye Donald Tiripano! No Tiripano show tonight. He played so well the other day but tonight he cannot grace us with his magic. Smart bowling from Taijul. He bowls it slower through the air on off and middle, Tiripano hardly played anything across the line in the last game but here he tries to do that and connects with nothing but thin air. OUT! Caught! Mustafizur has the last laugh! Excellent fielding placement from Mortaza and Mustafizur. Mustafizur wanted a slip in place, Mortaza backed his bowler and they have had the last laugh over Mutombodzi. It's the cutter that has outfoxed Tinotenda. It is on a length around off, Mutombodzi has a poke at it but ends up getting a thick outside edge which goes right into the hands of the wide first slip. Mohammad Naim there takes a good catch. He stops his partner who is already half way down the track but to no use as Tamim throws the ball to the bowler who gathers it and whips the bails off in a flash. We are back for the chase. The Bangladesh players are out in the middle. Tinashe Kamunhukamwe and Regis Chakabva will open the innings for Zimbabwe. Mashrafe Mortaza will start the proceedings for Bangladesh.
So, Zimbabwe need a revised target of 342 in 43 overs (DLS method) from their allotted 43-overs. They have a huge mountain to scale if they are to even get close to this humongous target. Bangladesh are firmly in the driver's seat and are well and truly the favorites to inflict a whitewash. Do we have a big upset in store? Join us in a short while for Zimbabwe's reply.
It was a nightmare day for Zimbabwe bowlers. Everyone was taken to the cleaners and had a day to forget as they were demolished and destroyed by the pair of Liton and Tamim. The decision to bowl first back fired pretty badly for the hosts and they were put to the sword. Only Carl Mumba had some parity as he picked up all the three wickets that fell at the latter stage of the innings but apart from that there was hardly any positives for the touring side.
After being put into bat, the centurions from first and second ODI started off brilliantly and decided to put on a show for people to remember for the rest of their life. They took on the Zimbabwe bowler's and stitched the highest ever partnership for Bangladesh. They were accelerating before rain played spoilsport and reduced the game by 7 overs. After the actual rain went away, it started raining sixes as both the openers went berserk. Liton broke the record for highest score for Bangladesh. He though rode his luck in his epic innings as he was LBW in front of the stumps but Sean Williams did not go upstairs after being turned down. The fielders also helped him by putting down a couple of chances. Tamim too played a sublime knock and centuries from both the openers has taken the hosts to a massive score of 322. Also, remember extra runs will be added on top of it courtesy, DLS method.
What a batting performance from Liton Das and Tamim Iqbal. Sean Williams will be regretting his decision to bowl first because what his bowlers saw was absolute carnage, especially from the former.

NO BALL! It looked touch and go and the umpires have decided to give the batter the benefit of the doubt. Lady luck is shinning brightly on Liton Das and Bangladesh. Huge cheer from the crowd as well. Full toss around the waist height, Liton looks to pull but he is taken by the surprise. He half plays his pull shot and it goes high in the air but straight to short fine leg. The fielder there takes the catch but Liton is not going anywhere. He is asking the question and so is Tamim. Both the on-field umpire have a word and take it upstairs. Replays roll in and it is a very tough call. The T.V. umpire though gives the benefit of the doubt to Liton Das and signals it as No Ball. In the air and dropped short. Drama straightaway after resumption. Full ball outside off, Liton comes down the track and swings his bat. The ball falls in front of third man. The fielder from third man runs to his left and across. He dives in front but the ball falls short. The batters take a single. Liton is asking the umpire whether it is a no ball or not as the tourists had 5 fielders outside the circle.
Looks like there is a confusion. Zimbabwe might have had more than 4 fielders outside the circle. Liton is asking the question. Both the umpires are having a word and it looks like they have given the benefit of the doubt to Sean Williams and co.

UPDATE 1825 local (1225 GMT) - Yippie!!! Our prayers have been heard and the rain has stopped, the inspection is done. It will now be a 43-over game and Zimbabwe will have a revised target. The play will resume at 1845 local.
UPDATE 1801 local (1201 GMT) - Good news! The rain has stopped and the covers are coming off. That will be music to the ears of all the cricketing fans. UPDATE 1652 local (1052 GMT) - Ugh! Sorry to be the bad news bearer as the hope has been laughed upon by the rain gods and they have opened their gates for the shower again.

Update 1628 local (1028 GMT) - Good news! The rain has stopped and with the drainage here, we should resume pretty quickly.
Just the thing we did not want! The covers are on now and the players are going off. Zimbabwe will be happy with it as they have been on the receiving end so far and will welcome this break. Bangladesh are going on nicely and will want to be back again. Let us hope that it is just a passing shower.
