The openers fell within the Powerplay but Benton and Perera batted brilliantly. They got in and then exploded. When they were batting 185 looked possible but wickets towards the end saw them finish well below that. Still a good total though but MI will have to bowl really well if they are to defend this. Sharjah, the way they are batting will back themselves to chase this down.
Warriors will be pleased with their bowling effort on this wicket which seems really good to bat on! They were off to a poor start as their bowlers went for plenty first up but Southee, Dilshan Madushanka and Zampa were brilliant in the middle overs. They did manage to pull things back but runs began to come yet again post the 12th over. Agar and Milne really took a pounding but it was Southee and Dilshan Madushanka wjo bowled brilliantly at the end and helped their side to keep the opposition to below 180.

The pitching was the issue or that was extremely plumb! Fuller and on middle. Shepherd looks to go over the leg side but misses. It hits the pad and goes on the leg side. A leg bye taken.
